Machine Shop Capabilities
Our Nashik facility operates a full in-house machine shop covering plastic moulding, precision metal machining, structural fabrication, ducting manufacture, and surface finishing — with full quality inspection before delivery on every job.
- Plastic Moulding — Injection Moulding (80T, 100T, 500T) and Blow Moulding (120T, 200T) machines for production of automotive and industrial plastic components
- CNC & Milling — CNC, VMC, DRO Milling, Vertical Milling, and Surface Grinding machines for precision metal component manufacture to tight dimensional tolerances
- Cutting & Forming — Bandsaw, Lathe, Press Machine, Plasma Machine, and Rod Bending & Turning Machines for cutting, forming, and shaping metal workpieces
- Welding — Argon Welding and CO₂ Welding Machines for structural fabrication of stay rods, fixtures, hangers, and booth equipment
- Ducting Fabrication — Complete imported ducting setup including Duct Roll Forming Machine, Duct Lock Seam Closing, and Hand Folder for in-house duct manufacture
- Finishing & Prototyping — 3D Printers for rapid prototyping, Spray Booth & Powder Coating Facility for surface finishing, and Skid Cleaning Facility
- Measurement Instruments — Micrometers, Dial Gauges, Vernier Calipers, Bubble Levels, Surface Plate, and Height Gauge for in-process and final dimensional inspection
